Aamir Khan starrer Laal Singh Chaddha is currently in the post-production stage and gearing up for a theatrical release once the situation becomes normal. The film is an official Hindi adaptation of Oscar winning flick Forrest Gump and is directed by Secret Superstar fame Advait Chandan. Hit machine Pritam has composed the songs for the film and one of them is recently recorded with singer Sonu Nigam.
Sonu Nigam shared a video on his social media handle and revealed the news. In the video, Sonu Nigam says, "I came back to Mumbai and sang a beautiful song for Laal Singh Chaddha. Aamir Khan is my favorite. When I was growing up, I had Aamir Khan's posters in my room. I love him so much. I think everybody knows, so it's very special to work with him."
He adds, "After a long time I have sung Pritam's song. What a beautiful song Amitabh Bhattacharya has written. It took us 5 hours to complete it as we were trying all the options. It's good to learn from them too." Meanwhile, team Laal Singh Chaddha is busy giving final touches to the product, which is slated to release on Baisakhi 14th April 2022.
