After a massive promotional drive, Tony Kakkar’s Bijli Ki Taar featuring Urvashi Rautela was finally unveiled today and while expectations were high from the song, it turned out to be a damp squib.
Tony has not only sung the song but has also composed the music and written the lyrics and honestly, his song is a huge disappointment. Though the makers have spent money on the video, it’s totally senseless. Urvashi enters riding a bike and the next thing you know she is dancing in a club, at a foreign location and in a garage.
There’s no denying Urvashi is good dancer but here her movements lack grace and are too jerky. And why the hell is she pouting throughout the video!? As far as direction is concerned, it's a reflection of the director's name, Shabby. Firoz A Khan and Andrei Melkumov have choreographed the dance number, which has been produced by Bhushan Kumar.
