Actor Raghubir Yadav’s wife Purnima Kharga filed for divorce earlier this week on grounds of adultery and desertion. She has alleged that her husband has fathered a son with Sanjay Mishra’s wife, Roshni Achreja.
Purnima has stated that Raghubir was living in with Roshni and has an illegitimate 14-year-old son with her. Raghubir and Purnima, who got married in 1988, have been estranged since 1995. She has also claimed that he fell in love with his co-star Nandita Das, seven years after their marriage, while working on Raj Barot’s show.
Purnima has a 30-year-old son with Raghubir, who lives with her. She has sought an interim maintenance of Rs. 1 lakh and a final alimony of Rs. 10 crore.
