Kangana Ranaut has stirred another controversy with her fake tweet and now it’s landed her in legal trouble. A Punjab-based lawyer had sent a notice to the actress for passing derogatory comments and misidentifying an elderly woman from Punjab as Bilkis Bano aka Shaheen Baagh Dadi. Now, Shiromani Akali Dal has slapped her with a legal notice and has demanded an unconditional apology.
SAD leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa confirmed that they have sent a legal notice to Ranaut for her derogatory tweet in which she had called the ‘aged mother of a farmer’ as ‘woman available for Rs 100’. He also said that her tweets portray the farmers protest as anti-national. SAD has demanded an unconditional apology from the actress for her ‘insensitive’ remark.
Kangana’s tweet has now been deleted. She also got into a war of words with Diljit Dosanjh a day ago over the same issue.
