On the day of her death, a Satyanarayan puja had been held at Shefali’s home. The actress had observed a fast for the ritual and didn’t eat anything until 3 PM. “Her parents left about 30 minutes after the puja,” the officer added. Later in the afternoon, Shefali reportedly ate food from the refrigerator. At around 10:30 PM, she suddenly collapsed in front of her husband, family members, and staff. She was rushed to the hospital immediately, but the doctors declared her dead on arrival.
