Shahid Kapoor Dismisses Reports Of ‘Jab We Met’ Sequel With Imtiaz Ali

Fans of Shahid Kapoor will agree that his film Jab We Met by Imtiaz Ali is considered one of Shahid’s best films till date and there were some rumours recently that Kapoor may team up with Ali for a sequel to the film.

However, during a media interaction, Shahid dismissed the reports and said, “There is nothing to do with Jab We Met and in this film I don’t look sad! We will make another good film. Why do we live in the past? Jab We Met has already been done. So no, there is no sequel.”

Shahid, who was last seen playing a Rajput king in ‘Padmaavat’, will be next seen in ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’.
