Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan are all set to take their action-drama film King to Europe for its next shooting schedule. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film kicked off its first schedule in May 2025 in Mumbai. After wrapping up the Indian leg of the shoot, the team is now preparing to move to international locations for some high-octane action sequences.
According to a report in MidDay, the European leg of the shoot will feature Shah Rukh and Suhana in key scenes, facing off against Abhishek Bachchan, who plays the antagonist. The film’s team is currently finalizing locations, with cities like Budapest, Prague, and Berlin on the shortlist.
A source close to the project told the portal, "Locations are currently being locked. The shortlisted cities include Budapest, Prague, and possibly Berlin, where sleek chase sequences will unfold. Siddharth wants these sequences to be stunning, and has apparently told his team to scout for some never-before-seen locales."
Siddharth Anand, known for his stylish action spectacles like Pathaan and War, is aiming to make King visually grand with breathtaking stunts and international backdrops. With Shah Rukh Khan teaming up with his daughter Suhana on screen for the first time, fans are eagerly waiting for this cinematic experience to unfold. Shah Rukh plays Suhana's mentor/protector in the film. The action thriller also stars Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Saurabh Shukla, Jaideep Ahlawat and others.
