New Update

publive-imageThough Shah Rukh Khan has not announced any new film since the Zero debacle, he has been continuously backing some interesting projects as a producer and now, he is all set to bankroll a film based on the 2018 Muzaffarpur shelter home mass rapes.

The film is being helmed by Pulkit of Maroon fame and we hear that the director has done extensive research on the subject. The makers will lock the lead cast soon and the film is expected to go on floors this July.

The horrid case came to light in 2018 as Tata Institute of Social Sciences lifted veil on organized physical and sexual exploitation of girls in Bihar shelter homes through their audit report.

SRK will be next seen in a special appearance in Ayan Mukerji’s Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor starrer Brahmastra.
