Shah Rukh Khan jetted off to New York a few days ago to shoot an episode for David Letterman’s talk show, My Next Guest Needs No Introduction. After finishing the shoot, on May 16, the actor visited Rishi Kapoor, who is presently undergoing treatment in the Big Apple.
Rishi Kapoor’s wife Neetu Kapoor shared a picture, which shows her posing with SRK and her husband. Along with the image, she wrote, “To make people feel good about themselves is a rare quality! Shah Rukh is all of that – his love care is so, so genuine! Besides his amazing work, I admire him as a very good and a real human being.”
Interestingly, Khan had made his Bollywood debut with Deewana, which also starred Rishi Kapoor and Divya Bharti in 1992. Filmmaker Rahul Rawail had shared a few weeks ago that Rishi Kapoor is cancer-free now.
After completing his shoot for Letterman’s show, Khan shared a picture with him. Along with the still he wrote a heartwarming note, which reads, “No more footprints…this is The Abominable Snowman!! Before BatMan & SpiderMan, there is Mr. LetterMan @Letterman Thx for ur generosity. Had 2 much fun being interviewed.Not becos it was about me but becos u were kind enough to make me feel I can be me. U r an inspiration sir.”
