Seema Sajdeh has spoken candidly about her divorce from actor Sohail Khan, sharing a mature and balanced perspective on why they chose to part ways after years of marriage.

Reflecting on their early days together, Seema admitted that both she and Sohail were very young when they tied the knot and did not fully understand how life and relationships evolve over time.

Seema revealed that she was just 22 years old when she got married. As the years passed, both she and Sohail grew as individuals, but in different directions. Their thoughts, priorities and outlook towards life changed, leading them to realise that their bond worked better as friends rather than as husband and wife. According to Seema, this realisation came with time and maturity, not bitterness.

Addressing their separation, Seema made it clear that the decision was taken thoughtfully and with the well-being of their family in mind. She explained that constant arguments and an unhealthy atmosphere at home were something they wanted to avoid at all costs. “Khit-pit se acha hai we separated,” she said, adding that choosing peace over daily conflict was the best option for everyone involved.

Seema also stressed that their separation was amicable and limited only to their roles as husband and wife. She underlined that Sohail will always remain an important part of her life as the father of her children. Despite the divorce, they continue to function as a family and share mutual respect.
