She admired the way her father showed courage during this tough time, adding, "That’s just who he is. It’s a combination of his nature and his role as a father. As a father of four, with two small children, he had to show that he was okay. He has always been a fighter, and I look up to him for never giving up. That’s the nature of our job—sometimes, you have to put on a brave face and say, ‘I’m fine.'"
