Sanjay Saha, who recently produced a film called "Haddi," starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, has been arrested for fraud against Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi and his firm.
Sanjay Saha deceived Vivek for Rs. 1.55 crore, which he took between 2022 and 2023. Vivek and his cinpkak, Oberoi Mega Entertainment, were promised that the money would be returned after making the profits, and Saha did not keep his word.
The MIDC police arrested Sanjay Saha under the charges of forgery, breach of trust, and trickery. The police had sent notices to the alleged party and asked them to appear before them, to which Saha did not reply. Finally, MIDC caught him and filed charges as per Oberoi's complaint.
