Sanjay Dutt's father has been an active politician in Mumbai. After his demise, many people were expecting Sanjay Dutt to join politics and take his father's place. However, the actor has always stayed away from politics and wants to continue to do so in the future as well.

Recently, there have been reports in the media that Sanjay Dutt is excited to dive into a political career. The reports also suggested that the actor is going to contest the upcoming Loksabha elections in Haryana.
