Shooting in the deadly but beautiful terrain of Sundarbans was not an easy task for the cast and crew of Roar: Tigers Of The Sundarbans. The film, which is directed by Kamal Sadanah and produced by Abis Rizvi had a grand trailer launch with Salman Khan unveiling the trailer recently.
The film, which showcases man-animal conflict has over 800 VFX shots full of special effects and aerial visuals of the Sundarbans. In fact the producer-director duo even took up an online VFX course. LA-based Michael Watson who had previously worked on the Curious Case Of Benjamin Button was hired as the DOP (Director Of Photography). A team from Scandinavia was roped in to film aerial shots using helicams. In short a truly international crew have put in their heart and soul into making Roar.The VFX team took 12 months to edit the movie and put this amazing film together.
Roar-Tigers Of The Sundarbans, produced by Abis Rizvi Films, releases September 19.
