Salman Khan Roots For 'Bodyguard' Director Siddique

It is a well-known fact that Salman Khan doesn't think twice before recommending people he considers talented to industry biggies and Khan's Bodyguard director Siddique is the latest such person to join Sallu's list. Buzz is that Salman was so impressed with Siddique that he had been recommending the director to all and sundry and the director has been recently signed on by producers Narendra and Shyam Bajaj for their next film.

Sources claim that last year, when Bodyguard was being shot, Shyam Bajaj, who was looking for a good director asked Salman Khan about Siddique who was directing the actor then. Salman had all good things to say about Siddique even before the release of the film and this reportedly clinched the deal for the Bajaj brothers.

Confirming the news, Shyam Bajaj said, "Yes I asked Salman about Siddique and since he was happy the way Bodyguard was shaping up, he told me I should work with him."

On his part, Siddique couldn't stop gushing about Salman's act of kindness. "It was nice of Salman to recommend me to Mr Shyam and Narendra Bajaj, I immediately agreed. I also had to keep my word and I am happy that I will be directing a film for them. There is no doubt that it will be a commercial entertainer."
