Salman Khan declared terrorist:
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has found himself in the middle of a political storm after Pakistan declared him a “terrorist” following his remarks at the Joy Forum 2025 in Riyadh.

The controversy began when Salman, while speaking at the international event, mentioned Balochistan separately from Pakistan while discussing global participation in Indian cinema. His statement — “There are people from Balochistan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan working here” — was perceived by Pakistani authorities as implying that Balochistan is not part of Pakistan.
Reacting sharply, the Government of Pakistan reportedly listed Salman Khan under the “Fourth Schedule” of the country’s Anti-Terrorism Act (1997), a category meant for individuals under close surveillance for activities deemed harmful to the state. The Home Department of Balochistan described him as an “Azad Balochistan facilitator,” suggesting that his comments supported separatist sentiments.

The move has sparked outrage and debate all over the internet. While Pakistani officials have condemned the actor’s remarks as an attack on their territorial integrity, several Baloch activists praised the Sikandar for acknowledging their region separately, calling it a symbolic act of recognition. Indian netizens and Bollywood insiders, however, have largely dismissed Pakistan’s response as an overreaction.
