Salil Ankola's Ex-Wife Commits Suicide

Cricketer-turned-actor Salil Ankola's ex-wife Parinita Ankola, 46 was found dead at her residence in Pune on Sunday evening.

Parinita, who allegedly committed suicide, was found hanging from a ceiling fan in her apartment. Senior Police Inspector Ram Pathare of Swargate Police Station has been quoted saying that when the deceased's mother returned to her home around 8 pm, she found the door shut. She soon called her neighbours and the police for help and when they stepped into the house, they found her hanging from the ceiling fan. Parinita was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.

Salil and Parinita divorced in 2011 and the couple has two kids together.
