Salaar Trailer: The much-awaited trailer for Prabhas' Salaar is finally out. The makers have dropped the trailer with a note of "Please... I... Kindly... Request..." So here it is:
Salaar is the same dark world we have seen in KGF, but the friendship aspect seems to be more in the Ugramm zone. Prashanth Neel seems to be taking notes from his own world as he mixes KGF with Ugramm for his international gangster flick set in Khalsaar.

Prithviraj Sukumaran has a pivotal role as Deva's friend, and we all know how Kannada cinema has done well with such friendship theories with Ugramm and Garuda Gamana Vrishabha Vimana in the crime-action space. However, Salaar promises to be more violent and darker than one would imagine.
The Salaar Trailer takes too much time for Prabhas' entry, and there can certainly be two minds about the same. Yes, the platform needed to be set, and Neel had already done his dinasaur stuff in the Salaar teaser. So naturally, he couldn't repeat it again. Prabhas gets a different introduction, "One Man Army," and that's fair enough for mass elevation tricks. Rest, it looks like just a prelude to what's going to happen in the Salaar universe later. Let's wait for the film.
Directed by Prashanth Neel, Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire stars Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu. The film will be released in theaters on December 22, 2023. The advance booking opens a week before on December 15th.
