'Salaar' Actress Shruti Haasan Grabs Her Second Hollywood Project "The Eye"

Indian actress Shruti Haasan, who has worked in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu cinema industries, has grabbed her second Hollywood project, The Eye. Shruti has earlier worked in a Hollywood series, Teeadstone (2019), in which she portrayed Nira Patel.

The Eye will be a psychological thriller, directed by Daphne Schmon. The screenplay by Emily Carlton will tell the story of a woman who goes to an island to spread her husband's ashes, but soon learns about the idea of bringing her husband back. The film stars Shruti Haasan, Mark Rowley, Anna Savva, Linda Marlowe, and Christos Stergioglou.
