Director Sajid Khan has put to rest rumours that he is making a sequel to Heyy Baby. He says that his film was an original and he has no intention of expanding the story further. But he is keen on making an animated version of the film.
According to sources, both Sajid and his producer Sajid Nadiadwala have plans of making an animated version of Heyy Baby. It is believed that talks are on with a Hollywood studio. The duo is looking out for the right animators. It is expected to be a series of episiodes that would run on a television channel. The story would be around the adventures of the three fathers and the baby. The two Sajids also plan to collaborate on an Rs 55 crore film which will have Akshay Kumar in the lead with three heroines. The movie is going to be shot in New York, India and two other foreign locations. This one will not be a dramatic comedy like Heyy Baby but will instead be a total entertainer, a romantic comedy. The Sajids are sure that it will be a bigger hit than their first collaboration. For Sajid Khan, of course, it still remains a dream to work with sis Farah Khan's best friend, Shah Rukh Khan. He hopes to be associated with him one day. Besides working on his next script, the director is also working had on himself these days. He is on a fitness spree of sorts and seems to have lost oodles of weight. He believes that as a filmmaker, besides having a sense of humour, he also needs to look good. And yes, SRK is the inspiration behind this fitness spree.
