According to the representative, the makers are indeed considering Sai Pallavi for the role of SUM-80, a character earlier linked to Deepika Padukone. The source shared that the team feels Sai could be a strong fit for the part and believes she has the range required for the role. The source also addressed rumours suggesting that director Nag Ashwin has already finalised Sai Pallavi and that shooting is expected to resume soon.
