Nitesh Tiwari about Ramayana:
Filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari, known for blockbusters like Dangal and Chhichhore, is now working on one of the most ambitious Indian film projects ever — Ramayana. Speaking at a recent summit, he shared his vision for the mythological epic, saying that the story of Lord Ram deserves to be presented with unmatched grandeur and scale.
“Ramayana deserves to be told in the grandeur it deserves. Something visually so stunning that it becomes a benchmark for the whole world,” he said.
Tiwari also spoke about the filmmaking challenges and the excitement of collaborating with a world-renowned VFX studio. According to him, the process has been “scary, liberating, and mind-numbing,” as the team aims to push the boundaries of Indian cinema.
