Riteish Deshmukh Joins Forces With Nagraj Manjule For a Trilogy On Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj

Riteish Deshmukh is collaborating with director Nagraj Manjule, of  Sairat fame, for a trilogy on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and he made the big announcement today, on the occasion of his 390th birth anniversary.

Riteish shared a teaser video as he made the big announcement writing, “Proud to present. Seeking your blessings. Hai Shivrai.”

Nagraj Manjule also shared the video and captioned it, “Standing at the threshold of a dream, this might be the case…Today, on the occasion of Shivaji’s birthday, it is a pleasure to say that Shivratri is coming along with Ritesh Deshmukh and Ajay-Atul, Shivaji, King Shivaji, Chhatrapati Shivaji. Many wishes for Shivrai’s birthday.”

It will be produced under Riteish Deshmukh’s banner Mumbai Film Company and Ajay-Atul will compose the film’s music.
