Rishab Shetty's 'Kantara 2' To Be Released In Summer 2024 —

Rishab Shetty's Kannada blockbuster Kantara is all set to get Part 2. The film has become a pan-India smash at the box office, and people are excited for the next parts. However, this time it will be a prequel, not a sequel. Kantara 2 will be a prequel to Kantara and explore the story that takes place before the events we witnessed in Kantara.Hombale Films will produce Kantara 2, which will be directed by Rishab Shetty. The cast will be finalised soon by the team. "Rishab is writing the story now and has gone to the forests of coastal Karnataka with his writing associates for two months to conduct research for the film," producer Vijay Kiragandur (Hombale Films) told the Deadline.Vijay further added, "He plans to start shooting in June, as a portion of the shoot requires the rainy season, and our intention is to give the film a pan-India release in April or May next year."
