Renowned ‘Sairat’ Song ‘Zhingat’ Recreated For ‘Dhadak’

The renowned song ‘Zhingat’ from hit Marathi film Sairat, which took the nation by storm even before the film released, has been recreated for Dhadak, the official Bollywood remake of the Marathi blockbuster and the number will be unveiled today at the trailer launch of ‘Dhadak’ today.

A source said, “The track is both offbeat and commercial at the same time. When Karan saw the video, he instantly knew he wanted to show it at the trailer launch because it encapsulates the flavour of the movie.” The song, which has been choreographed by Farah Khan, has been rehashed by Ajay - Atul who created the original track.

Directed by Shashank Khaitan, Dhadak, which stars newbies Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor, is slated to release on July 20.
