Ravi K. Chandran To Direct Hindi Remake Of 'Point Blank'

Ravi K. Chandra, who has been the director of photography for various films like My Name Is Khan, Black and Dil Chahta Hai, is now all set to don the director's hat. He will mark his directorial debut in Bollywood with the Hindi remake of the 2010 French action-thriller Point Blank.

Sunil Khetrapal of Azure Entertainment has purchased the official remake rights of the movie, which has been directed by Fred Cavaye. Ravi, who has just wrapped up his Tamil directorial debut, Yaan, has confirmed the reports and has revealed that they are currently working on the script and will begin casting for it by the end of the month.

The movie is expected to go on floors next year.
