We had recently reported that veteran film-maker Ravi Chopra was hospitalized in a private hospital in South Mumbai. He was suffering from severe lung ailment for some years and his condition took a turn for the worse.
We hear that the Baghban director is stable, however he is still in the hospital. Sources close to the Chopra family say that he is doing much better than what he was on Thursday, when he was admitted and he will be kept under observation for the next few days.
Son of the late B. R. Chopra, Ravi had last directed the Rani Mukerji and Amitabh Bachchan starrer, Baabul. He is well known for directing blockbusters such as Zameer, The Burning Train and Majdoor.
