South star Allu Arjun was arrested this morning by police in the stampede case that took place at a theatre in Hyderabad during the screening of Pushpa 2: The Rule. Now, his co-star from the film, Rashmika Mandanna, has shared her reaction to this incident and extended her support to the actor.
While the film is breaking box office records, it has become a topic of discussion due to a sudden stampede that occurred in a theater during its premiere, where the film's cast was also present. In an unfortunate event, a woman lost her life in the stampede, leading to Allu Arjun's arrest.

The incident that happened was an unfortunate and deeply saddening incident.
However, it is disheartening to see everything being blamed on a single individual. This situation is both unbelievable and heartbreaking.
Rashmika Mandanna took to her Twitter/X handle and wrote: "I can’t believe what I am seeing right now. The incident that occurred was an unfortunate and deeply saddening event. Earlier today, the husband of the deceased shared that he would withdraw the case against the actor. "I am ready to withdraw the case. I was not aware of the arrest, and #AlluArjun has nothing to do with the stampede in which my wife passed away," said Revathi’s husband, Bhaskar.

Meanwhile, the High Court has granted bail to Allu Arjun after the court sent him to 14 days of judicial custody. The response from Allu Arjun and his legal team is awaited.
