Rashmika Mandanna's Deepfake video created quite a stir on the Internet a few days ago. The actress filed a police case against the unknown people who created the video and spread it on social media. In the same case, the Delhi police have now booked four people.
The Delhi Police got hold of these people through their cyber investigation with the help of social media accounts and IP addresses. ANI reported that these four people are the uploaders and not the creators of the video. The search for the main mastermind is still on, and police are looking into every single detail to catch the unknown person.
As per the reports, the video maker and his gang used a virtual private network (VPN) and fake identities to upload the video. Soon after the news of Rashmika filing the case went viral, the uploaders deleted the said accounts, making it difficult for the authorities to get evidence.
