Ranveer Singh Welcomes Pritam As He Comes On Board To Compose ‘83’s Music

Pritam is one of the most sought-after music directors in Bollywood today and the celebrated composer is now all set to compose the music of Ranveer Singh starrer '83.

Ranveer announced that Pritam will be composing the sports drama’s music as he welcomed him on board. Ranveer shared a picture with his fans, which shows him posing with director Kabir Khan and Pritam. Along with the image, he wrote, “We got an all-star Pritamda, it’s an honour to be collaborating with you on @83thefilm Let’s make an anthem! Let’s make it iconic!”

Interestingly, this is the first time, Pritam is composing for a Ranveer Singh starrer. '83 will traces the journey of Indian Cricket Team’s victory in the 1983 World Cup under Kapil Dev’s leadership. Ranveer is playing India’s former captain Kapil Dev in the movie.

The film also stars Saqib Saleem, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Ammy Virk, Harrdy Sandhu, Pankaj Tripathi, Jiiva and Sahil Khattar among others. ‘83 is slated to release on April 10, 2020 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
