Ranbir Kapoor To Play Dhyan Chand?

We had earlier reported that Shah Rukh Khan was approached to play the role of Dhyan Chand. But now if rumours are to be believed then, Ranbir Kapoor might essay the role of India's legendary hockey player.

Ila Bedi Dutta who wrote the script for Agneepath, will be penning the Dhyan Chand biopic. She is still in the process of adding final touches to the script.

The movie will be produced by Manmohan Shetty's daughter, Pooja Shetty. However, they have not yet disclosed any details about the cast. They are still in talks with Ranbir Kapoor, to play the title role.
