Rana Daggubati Stands Tall

Rana Daggubati is excited to bits about his upcoming release Department, although he claims he has already achieved a lot through this film just by sharing screen space with superstars Amitabh Bachchan and Sanjay Dutt and getting an opportunity to work with the renowned filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma.

"My proudest moment on the sets was to realize that I was taller than Bachchan Sir and Sanjay. It felt great and my father too was very proud," chuckles Daggubati.

"I told Ramu on Day 1 itself that I have nailed this film as I am taller than them. I've watched them on the screen for years and to suddenly realize that I am taller than them, was a strange feeling, but gave me a big kick too." On the film, he says, "Ramu is a master of the cops-and-gangsters genre. I am extremely confident of this film."
