Why Rakesh Roshan went bald
Rakesh Roshan was once an actor and then turned his focus to production and direction after some of his films did not work. His success ratio as a director is much better than as an actor. Many do not know why he shaved his head, but would it be a surprise if we told you that he did so as part of Bhagwan ki Mannat for the success of one of his films? Let's take a peek into the details.

"Khudgarz was my last chance as an actor, as a producer, and as a director. If that film had not done well, I did not know what I would be. I wouldn’t be sitting here. Because as an actor, I did not do well. Then as a producer, I also did not perform well. Khudgarz was my first break as a director. If that film did not succeed, then all my doors would be closing," he said during the interview.

"So, maine ek mannat li thi ki bhagwan agar ye picture chal jaaegi toh mai shave kar loonga. Aur picture chal gayi. Mujhe shave karne ki himmat nahi padii. Khoon bhari maang ki kahani likhi di, Rekha ne haa kari di. Ab kal se shooting hai subah, ab do din se mujhe neend nahi aa rahi ki should I shave or should't I shave. Last day before my shooting, maine bola I should do it. I called the barber at the house at 6 in the morning. Voh bhi mere saamne ek ghanta baitha raha. Mai uss waqt bhi soch raha tha ki karu ki nahi karu. Phir kar diya Maine," said the Karan Arjun maker.
