Bollywood actors Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa have joyfully announced the arrival of their first child, a baby girl, on their fourth wedding anniversary, November 15, 2025. That's a lovely coincident, is'nt it?

In an emotional Instagram post, the couple wrote, “We are over the moon. God has blessed us with a Baby Girl. Blessed parents – Patralekhaa and Rajkummar.” They added in the caption, “The greatest blessing God has given us on our 4th wedding anniversary.”

This milestone comes after they had announced their pregnancy earlier, on July 9, via a pastel-themed social media creative. The post featured a floral wreath and a baby cradle, reading “Baby on the way – Patralekhaa & Rajkummar,” and was captioned simply, “Elated ❤️"

Their announcement received an outpouring of love from the film fraternity, with many celebrities congratulating them. Reflecting on the news, Rajkummar previously told the TOI that becoming a parent still feels “surreal,” saying, “We feel like … this is going to be the best phase of your life … it’s still sinking in.” Patralekhaa, meanwhile, has shared that she plans to take a six- to seven-month break from work to focus on this new journey, calling Rajkummar a “perfect partner” who will be an “amazing dad.”

The couple’s journey has been a long and heartwarming one: they met more than a decade ago, first acted together in CityLights (2014), and tied the knot in November 2021 in a private ceremony in Chandigarh.
