Today at the trailer launch of Made In China, Rajkummar Rao got emotional and broke down at the event, when a journalist asked him about how is he coping up with the loss of his father and does work helps him to keep his mind engaged in such a situation? To which Rajkummar said, "off course its a loss that one can't forget and stays with you always. It happened to me once 3 years back when I lost my mother, that time too i went back to shoot for Newton the next day and similarly this time too, I was shooting for RoohiAfza and I went back to the set the next day."

Rajkummar added how his parents were proud of him being an actor and wanted him to do so many things, that gave them happiness. Talking about how he succeeded in showing Made In China's trailer to his father on his hospital bed, he said, " I am so glad, when my father was in the hospital and the trailer was just getting ready. I requested Dinoo (producer) and I asked him, I want to show my trailer to my father because you know... the doctors were saying things. He was so kind, he sent me the link and I was so happy, he saw the trailer. And I am sure he will watch the film as well, his blessings are there."

Rajkummar lost his father on September 5, after being admitted in the hospital for 17 days. He was then cremated at Gurugram in the presence of his family and friends.
