Raj Babbar Remembers His Late Wife Smita Patil On Her 33rd Death Anniversary

Acting powerhouse Smita Patil left her fans in shock when she passed away at the young age of 31 and on her 33rd death anniversary, her husband Raj Babbar wrote an emotional post for his late wife.

Raj Babbar shared a beautiful picture of Smita Patil with his followers and along with it he, wrote, “Today decades ago, you went away silently. Each year this day reminds me that you shall be missed more with every passing year.”

Smita Patil died from childbirth complications on December 13, 1986, barely two weeks after giving birth to her son, Prateik Babbar. Smita Patil had marked her Bollywood debut with 1974 release Mere Sath Chal. She is best known for her strong performances in films like Nishant, Manthan, Bhumika, Aakrosh, Albert Pinto Ko Gussa Kyon Aata Hai, Arth, Bazaar, Ardh Satya and Mandi to name a few.
