Priyanka Chopra Misses 'Grammy Awards 2012' Red Carpet

Priyanka Chopra represented India at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards, however the B-town beauty got late for the event and therefore, missed the chance to strut on the coveted red carpet.

Recently, Priyanka was in Berlin to attend the international premiere of her super hit film Don 2 and from there she directly jetted off to Los Angeles to attend the Grammy Awards.

Priyanka took to Twitter to announce that she'll be late for the event. "God! I hope I make it on time for at least the show! May miss red carpet tho!!! Let's hurry glam squad!,"

Despite hurrying up, Ms. Chopra missed the red carpet by whiskers. Thankfully, she managed to reach the venue on time to attend the function, donning a white Gauri and Nainika gown.

"great night at the grammys n the after party..sad I missed the red carpet.. but Jennifer Hudson singing I'll always love u was the highlight," the Agneepath star tweeted on the micro-blogging site.

Priyanka, who is soon going to release her first international album, also did some networking with music honchos at the event. Sharing a picture with American singer-songwriter-performer, Bruce Springsteen on her page Priyanka posted, " This one is for u mom.. Huge Bruce Springsteen fan."

Priyanka missed her big ticket to international fame by missing the red carpet, hope she's realised the value of time now…
