Shah Rukh KhanShah Rukh Khan and the year 2023 will be written in history books in golden words. With three films: Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki, the superstar set the box office on fire and shattered many records.

With 1280 crore+ nett business, Shah Rukh Khan set a new record for the highest aggregate nett gross in a single year. The same goes for worldwide business, as the combined total of Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki crosses a gigantic 2600 crore gross mark.

There is another record for King Khan, as he becomes the first actor to cross 7 crore footfalls in a single year in the multiplex era. The days of the single-screen era are gone, and footfalls have been reduced to a maximum of 3–3.50 crore nowadays, so it's a bug achievement considering average footfalls.

In such times, Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan managed to go past 3 crore footfalls in India, while Jawan went ahead with 3.45–3.50 crore footfalls. Dunki is still running and is likely to cross 1 crore footfalls, taking the combined total of 3 SRK movies over 7.5 crore footfalls.publive-imageSRK also holds the record for most footfalls in a single year for any actor in the post-90 era. In 1995, Shah Rukh Khan movies went past 10 crore footfalls (Karan Arjun, Zamana Deewana, Guddu, Oh Darling! Yeh Hai India!, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Ram Jaane, Trimurti).
