New Update

publive-imageChristopher Nolan's Oppenheimer is one of the most anticipated films of the season. The latest news about the film is that it has been rated "R". Variety has confirmed the same with Universal Pictures. Also, this is the first R-rated film by Nolan since Insomnia (2002).

Another interesting update we have is that Oppenheimer's IMAX prints are too long. Measurably, they are about 11 miles long and weigh about 600 pounds. It's obvious since we know that Nolan shot the film with large format cameras. As reported earlier, Oppenheimer is the longest film of Christopher Nolan with a runtime of 3 hours.

Oppenheimer stars an ensemble cast of Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr., Florence Pugh, Rami Malek, Benny Safdie, Michael Angarano, Josh Hartnett, and Kenneth Branagh. Distributed by Universal Pictures, the film will be released in cinemas on July 21, 2023.
