OMG 2 Box Office Update: Akshay Kumar has finally got a HIT with OMG 2 after delivering five back-to-back unsuccessful films. Akshay was having a tough time at the box, but OMG 2 has ended the dry spell for him. OMG 2 is set for a double-digit Monday, confirming its HIT status.
OMG 2 collected 38 crore nett in the first weekend and will be near 50 crore nett in 4 days. It will cross 60 crore nett on Tuesday as the holiday factor comes into play. It will score 70 crore+ first week and comfortably cross 100 crore in two weeks. This will be the first Akshay Kumar film to cross 100 crore nett as well as his first Hit film in India after Sooryavanshi in November 2021.
The previous five films by Akshay Kumar failed to make money. After Sooryavanshi, he had five unsuccessful films in a row: Bachchhan Pandey, Samrat Prithviraj, Rakshabandhan, Ram Setu, and Selfiee. With OMG 2, Akshay has tasted much-needed success, and he also has one of the longest line-ups for any Bollywood actor in the coming days.
