Parineeti Chopra was supposed to play the female lead in Ajay Devgn’s upcoming film Bhuj- The Pride of India however, the actress left the film citing date issues. The makers have now roped in Nora Fatehi to play the role.

Though Parineeti had agreed to be a part of the movie, she had to back out as she is busy with the Saina Nehwal biopic and The Girl On The Train remake. The makers have now replaced her with Saki Saki girl Nora Fatehi. She is playing a spy and we hear that she will begin shooting for the movie from January 12. Nora will be shooting her portion during the last 15-day long schedule.

Directed by Abhishek Dhudhaiya, the period war drama also stars Sanjay Dutt, Rana Daggubati, Sonakshi Sinha and Ammy Virk in the lead roles. Ajay Devgn is playing the role of Indian Air Force officer, Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik, who was in charge of the Bhuj Airport during the 1971 Indo-Pak war.
