NCB Files Draft Charges Against Rhea Chakraborty & Showik Chakraborty In Drugs Case Related To Sushant Singh Rajput's Death

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has filed draft charges against Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty in a drug case connected with Sushant Singh Rajput's death. The special prosecutor, Atul Sarpande, clarified that the prosecution maintained charges against all the accused as mentioned in the charge sheet.

Rhea Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty, and others were presented before the court yesterday. The major highlights of the hearing were that the prosecution proposed to charge Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik for consumption of narcotic substances and also for procuring and paying for such substances for the late Sushant Singh Rajput.

Sushant was found dead in June 2020, and since then there's been no stop to the case. From suicide to homicide and then drugs racket, this SSR case has seen it all. During the investigation of the same, Rhea and Showik were both charged with and were arrested. Rhea and Showik had spent months in jail and had later gotten out on bail. Now, this new case may make things ugly for them again.
