Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya Siddiqui's court matters are known to everyone outside the count. According to the latest update we know, Nawazuddin Siddiqui is likely to withdraw his habeas corpus petition against his wife, Aaliya Siddiqui.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui's lawyer, advocate Pradeep Thorat, told the Bombay High Court that his client is willing to settle the matter if he is allowed to see his children. He hasn't seen his children physically since Aaliya took them away, and that's why he filed this petition.
On the other hand, Aaliya's lawyer, Shikhar Khandelwal, argued that the petition was baseless, as it was filed when Aaliya and her two children were living in a bungalow owned by Nawaz's mother. He also claimed that it is possible that the actor does not know about his children's whereabouts when they are living in his mother's house. He was always free to meet them, but he never bothered to see them.
