Currently in the UAE, Nargis took to Instagram Stories to open up about her mental state. She wrote that the uncertainty surrounding the situation has left her feeling constantly on edge. In one of her posts, the actress admitted that the “feeling of anxiety and dread lingers,” adding that she is unable to sleep because her brain is on “high alert.”

The regional conflict has led to heightened security alerts and airspace disruptions across parts of the Gulf, creating a tense environment for residents and travellers. Dubai authorities even issued emergency advisories asking people to seek shelter following missile threats and interceptions in the region.

Despite the fear, Nargis reassured fans that she is safe and closely following local guidelines. She also acknowledged the efforts of UAE authorities in maintaining security during the crisis. Several Indian celebrities, including Esha Gupta and Sonal Chauhan, have also reported being stranded in the UAE due to the situation.
