Thandel huge disaster in Hindi :

Thandel, featuring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, has had an extremely poor total in its Hindi dubbed release. The film has turned out to be a HUGE DISASTER in Hindi markets with an embarrassing total in the opening weekend. It was released in a few selected screens as other original Hindi language movies took over the major ones.

Thandel (Hindi) raked in approximately 12 lakhs nett on opening day and had several canceled shows. It showed a drop on day two and earned approximately 10 lakhs nett. The dead run continued on day three, and it's almost game over for the film.  

The Sunday numbers of the film are the highest for its Hindi run so far, but 15 lakhs is not much to be considered even a decent figure. Chandoo Mondeti's romantic drama has performed well in the Telugu market, while the Tamil version is a big flop. The story in the Hindi market is even worse, as the film is set to finish its business below the Rs. 1 crore nett mark.
