Mysterious Spray Sprayed during Pushpa 2 screening at Gaiety Galaxy

Mumbai's famous Gaiety Galaxy Theatre dedicated all shows across all screens to Pushpa 2, setting a new record. The film was running to packed houses yesterday, with almost all shows experiencing 70-80% occupancy. However, some suspicious events occurred, prompting police involvement.

During one of the Pushpa 2 screenings, the show was paused for 15 to 20 minutes, after which a man entered and sprayed a certain substance in the cinema hall. The screening then resumed, and the audience continued to enjoy it. However, soon after, people began to feel ill. They reported symptoms such as a scratchy throat, coughing, and even vomiting.

"We received reports that someone sprayed a substance inside the screening of Pushpa 2 during the interval at Gaiety Galaxy Cinema in Bandra West last night around 11:30 PM. We arrived at the theatre within 15 minutes. Each individual was manually checked, but no spray was found. Some people were coughing, and there was a slight odor, but it has not yet been determined if this is due to any spray," a police officer told the media (reported by ANI).

As the police investigate the matter, there is no evidence that the spray caused this temporary illness, and no FIR has been registered. "Nobody vomited or complained of any health issues. The show resumed within 15 to 20 minutes. Throughout the night, there was tight security at the cinema hall. No FIR was filed," the officer added.
