A call for Boycott Sikandar:

Salman Khan's latest release, Sikandar, has found itself in religious conflict. Adding to the recent row over the Waqf amendment, Muslim activists demanded a boycott of Sikandar due to Islamophobia issues related to the director of the Salman Khan starrer.

Sikandar Day 3 Box Office: GAME OVER for the Salman Khan Starrer; Shows Replaced, Heavy Drop –

A Mumbai-based lawyer and activist, Mr. Faiyaz Alam, implored Muslim audiences to boycott A.R. Murugadoss's film, pointing to the director’s past Islamophobic narratives in Thalapathy Vijay's Thuppakki. He said that instead of spending money on this movie, donate the amount for Gaza or for Muslim education, legal aid, and political empowerment.

Alam also spoke about the Waqf amendment conflict, which has nothing to do with Sikandar, but the timing is right. Will this lead to a new controversy against A.R. Murugadoss's action drama, or will it remain unaffected?

Sikandar

Speaking of box office numbers, the film has earned approximately 72 crore nett in the first three days, which is an underwhelming total. It will soon enter the 100 crore club, falling far too short of Trade’s expectations from the pre-release period. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Sharman Joshi, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Prateik Babbar, and Anjini Dhawan. Sikandar is currently playing in cinemas near you.

After the mind-blowing teaser, team Kesari Chapter 2 to drop the trailer tomorrow –
