The director is overjoyed with the film’s box office performance and the immense love it has received from audiences. Fans on social media are already demanding a sequel or a spin-off. During an exclusive conversation with Movie Talkies, he shared, “It’s amazing to see the love the film is getting and people asking for a sequel/spin-off to EDKD on social media. It’s too early to say; we’re still sinking in the joy of the film’s success. Obviously, I want to do many more films with Harshvardhan, Sonam, Anshul, and Raghav. We’ll definitely plan more things together, but as far as the sequel goes — NEVER SAY NEVER.”

Overwhelmed by the film’s success, Zaveri reflected on his journey, “It feels surreal, unbelievable, amazing. I had a tough four years — it was a struggle to fight back. Today, seeing the audience’s love, the madness among fans, the tears in theaters, and the box office numbers against all odds… it’s unbelievable. I feel grateful and relieved.”

Expressing his gratitude toward the team, the filmmaker added, “I’m so thankful to Harshvardhan Rane for saying yes to me and giving me my biggest hit. I’m grateful to Anshul Garg — a lion-hearted man who came on board and brought this film to where it is today — my co-producer Raghav Sharma, actress Sonam Bajwa, and my childhood friend Shaad Randhawa, who was so brilliant in the film. I’m thankful to my entire crew and technicians who contributed to this success. Most importantly, I’m grateful to the audience for making it a hit.”
