'Mickey Virus' Lead Actor Manish Paul's Nickname Is Mickey!

Manish Paul, who will be seen making his Bollywood acting debut with comic crime caper Mickey Virus, recently revealed that his nickname in real life is Mickey, which is one of the factors that made Paul rather keen to play the role.

Talking about the similarities between himself and his on-screen character, Paul said, “It's heartening to see the people I have grown up with, being so appreciative of my work. That is my reward. On top of that, I am working in a film where my screen name is my real-life name. The guy belongs to the same place from New Delhi I grew up in. This movie is very close to my heart and will always hold a special place in my life.”

Starring Manish Paul and Elli Avram, Mickey Virus also features Manish Choudhary, Varun Badola and Puja Gupta in pivotal roles. Written and directed by Saurabh Varma, Mickey Virus, in which Paul plays a computer hacker, is slated to release this weekend.
