Metro In Dino Opening Weekend Update:

Anurag Basu’s ensemble modern romantic drama Metro In Dino had a modest opening weekend at the box office. The film collected ₹3.25 crore nett on Friday, followed by a promising jump on Saturday with ₹5.75 crore nett. Sunday saw further growth with ₹6.75 crore nett, taking the film’s total weekend collection to ₹15.75 crore nett. The Sunday jump should have in higher in order to take the film in a better position.

While the upward trend from Friday to Sunday is encouraging, the overall weekend total remains below average considering the scale, budget, and star cast of the film. Trade believes that such numbers are not entirely disappointing, but certainly not enough to ensure a smooth run ahead.
